Absolute Cyprus Wrestling announces one of the most anticipated matches of ACW: Genesis, as Pater Ioannis will face Rolandos Kayias once again in a rematch for the ACW Heavyweight Championship.
The rivalry between the two reached its peak at ACW: Warzone, in a high-intensity match that was decided in the details.
Despite the excellent performance of Pater Ioannis and his dominance during large parts of the match, Rolandos Kayias managed to secure the victory, using controversial interventions and tactics that caused strong reactions from the crowd.
After the end of the match, Pater Ioannis stormed into the office of the ACW general manager, Frixos Masouras, demanding an immediate rematch.
His request was accepted, with Masouras confirming that the two wrestlers will face each other again at ACW: Genesis.
The developments, however, did not stop there. The commissioner of ACW, Herodotos Miltiadous, intervened dynamically and demanded that the match takes place with a special guest referee, in order to ensure that this time order and justice will prevail inside the ring.
The identity of the special referee remains unknown and will not be revealed before the start of the match. According to the decision of Frixos Masouras, this is a choice that will remain a surprise, adding even more interest to the match.
The rematch between Pater Ioannis and Rolandos Kayias is expected to be one of the central highlights of ACW: Genesis, in a night where the stakes, the intensity and the expectations are at the highest level.
